1. Introduction

XAIQUOTE LTD ("XaiQuote," "we," "us," or "our") is committed to customer satisfaction. This Refund Policy explains when and how refunds may be issued for subscriptions and services purchased through our platform. Payments are processed by Paddle.com as our Merchant of Record. Paddle handles all order-related transactions, billing, and payment inquiries on our behalf.

2. Eligibility

  • Subscription plans: Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the initial purchase. Refunds may be granted at our discretion for technical issues, billing errors, or other qualifying circumstances.
  • EU/EEA/UK consumers: You have a statutory right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days for any reason, in accordance with Paddle's Checkout Buyer Terms. This right may not apply if you have started using, downloading, or accessing the product during that period and consented to early access at checkout.
  • Non-refundable items: Once you have accessed or downloaded content, used the API, or activated services beyond the initial setup, refunds may not be available.
  • Enterprise and custom plans: Terms are governed by your individual agreement with us.
  • Refund time limits: Card payment refunds can only be processed on transactions less than 120 days old. PayPal refunds must be within 179 days of the original transaction.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact us at support@xaiquote.com with your order details, email address, and reason for the request. We will respond within 5 business days and process eligible refunds within 7–10 business days.

4. Refund Method

Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Card refunds typically take 3–5 business days to appear in your account. PayPal refunds typically appear within 48 hours. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

5. Chargebacks and Disputes

We encourage you to contact us before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute. Chargebacks may result in account suspension and may affect your ability to use our services in the future.

7. Changes

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
